4. Analysis tools and advertising
Statify
We use the tool Statify. Statify offers an uncomplicated and compact overview of the number of page views. It is compliant with German data protection law as it does not use cookies or a third-party provider.
In direct comparison with statistics services such as Google Analytics, WordPress.com Stats and Matomo (Piwik), Statify does not process and store any personal data such as IP addresses – Statify counts calls, not visitors. Complete data protection compliance paired with transparent procedures: A database table created in the local WordPress installation consists of only 4 fields (ID, date, origin, destination) and can be displayed, cleaned up and emptied by the administrator at any time. Due to this mode of operation, Statify meets all requirements of the GDPR and is an alternative to other tracking services.
5. Plugins and tools
YouTube
Our website uses plugins from the YouTube site operated by Google. The operator of the pages is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA.
When you visit one of our pages equipped with a YouTube plugin, a connection to the YouTube servers is established. This tells the YouTube server which of our pages you have visited.
If you are logged into your YouTube account, you enable YouTube to assign your surfing behaviour directly to your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account.
YouTube is used in the interest of an appealing presentation of our online offers. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

Google Maps
To make it easier for you to find us, we have integrated map material from the Google Maps service of Google Ireland Limited into our website via an API. In order to be able to display the content in your browser, Google must receive your IP address, otherwise Google would not be able to provide you with this embedded content.
The legal basis for this data processing is our legitimate interest according to Art. 6 (1) f) DSGVO, as the IP address is needed to deliver the content to you. In this processing, our cooperation with Google is based on a joint responsibility agreement pursuant to Art. 26 DSGVO, which can be accessed here.
